Avatar is an exciting adventure movie, that is one of the most amazing visual treats you have ever seen.  The 3D was very well done (not gimmicky at all.)

And while the movie is somewhat predictable, it is done very well and is great to watch, especially on the big screen.  If there is any movie that needs to be seen in a theater, this is it.
