I know- you’re probably od’ing on post-apocalyptic  movies.  This one  is unusual though. It’s actually a spiritual-thriller.  Denzel Washington is  a cool, solitary  wanderer who can kick anyone’s butt as he makes his trek to save the world.    The film has a very heavy religious  message but no matter where you stand on that issue- you won’t be bored.    And  unlike “The Road” you won’t be  spiraled into a hopeless depression.  This apocalypse is mega- entertaining.

One thing that perplexes me about the post-apocalyptic  genre. With  few exceptions, how do these survivors look so damn stylish  and sexy???!!!
